Bought this to place over my existing Hard sided Wheel Cover, because I wanted to put some vinyl lettering on the black vinyl cover to advertise my business (that I bought from Econo-Sign online). I did not want to have permanent lettering on my hard cover. Was a little nervous if it would fit, but it fit just fine, I put the lettering on and it makes for a great advertisement.There was a little bit of puckering around the edges because my hard cover is rounded, but overall I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend that anyone wanting a tire wheel cover to advertise their business go with this method!Very Happy with all the new customers I get from this! Would definitely be buying this again if it ever wears out!This cover has a very strong elastic band that is on the back side of the cover with two very heavy black plastic hooks that attach to each other to keep the cover secure.
