I read that suction cups never work on this type of product. Wrong.This is my second shower caddy with suction and they both work great. I only purchase this product because the first one rusted out. In fact, I am ordering my third.I've had this for almost a year and it gets wet every day. Zero rusting or wear. Have never had to re-apply the suction cups - although I have moved it around maybe 3 times to adjust the positioning.I purchased this in the spring of 2020 and the suction held up until just now - a year and a half. It just gradually losing its suction on one side and slowly just fell. That said - I am ordering a new one of the exact same thing. For these types of products I do feel like a year and a half is a good life span. And by that time you kind of want to freshen it up anyways.It's super important to have a clean and smooth shower wall before putting this on. It's been over 3 years since I bought this, and I can honestly say it's the best shower caddy I have ever had! Easy to clean, easy to use, and easy to reposition (if necessary).Quality chrome finish, smooth rounded edges. This works perfectly on our glass shower wall. Suction holds on glass with no slippage. It was not necessary to use adhesive discs that came with the product. If you have a glass shower, the suctions cups will hold big bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc without slipping down the wall. I highly recommend this product!This is a great shower caddy had the last one for over a year and it stayed in place and never moved. We put several items in it and the suction keeps it in place recommend itWhen I got this I was skeptical. Could this thing hold all my wife's shampoos and conditioners, as well as my two bottles? Plus shaving cream?! AND our two razors on the convenient razer hangers?!?!?!YES!!!!! YESSSSS IT CAN!!!! AND DOES!!!! AND STILL DOES TO THIS DAY A COUPLE MONTHS LATER!!!! I'm sure it's best used with smooth tiles, that's what we have. It might not behave properly on slate or stone type shower walls. But man, with our tiles we slapped it up there, turned the suction thingies a couple times and BOOM. Convenient, easy, frees up space!! If your shower doesn't have any built-in shelves, or you don't have enough space on your existing shelves then this product is a welcome addition to our shower!!!!!!Super stoked. 5 stars. Can't stress enough how surprised I was on the strength of the suction!Installed this in newly resurfaced tile shower. Has held perfectly for over a month. We have large warehouse store size bottles in it and is very secure. I love that the basket sides are high so nothing tips over or falls out. Also like that the little support legs that go up against the wall have rubber covers so they don't scratch. Rest of my bathroom fixtures are Chrome so I like that the suction cups are silver even though you don't see them much if larger products are blocking them. Like that the two hook attachments can be put anywhere on the baskets. We use one for razor and the other one for hanging shower loofah. Very happy with this purchase.I installed this on the back wall of a fibreglass tub enclosure so a really smooth surface. I did have one side come loose after a day but was obviously my fault as the other side has never moved. I took a bit better care putting it on and it has stayed there now for over a month with a good assortment of shampoos, etc on the shelves.Pleasantly surprised by how easy these were to install, & by how well the product actually works! Thrilled to have one for all of my products, & one for the hubby/kids to share!My husband took a shower after I installed them & they are still going strong!If you don't have a smooth surface, there are 3M stick-on discs that are included, so you can adhere them to any surface.Would definitely recommend!This caddy is well made and durable. Very nice finish and will hold a lot of items.Due to reviews we were skeptical as to ability to adhere to a wall.Suction mounts are excellent. Mounted on fiberglass shower wall.
