Heavy duty zipper, very good price duct by Fila. Delivered on time.I squeezed into it, maybe torture was what I needed.I'm giving this sauna vest four stars. Its primary job is to make you sweat and to keep your muscles warm and it definitely does that, but it's also not supposed to ride up. It does ride up. I'm not talking about while doing intense exercise, either. It rides up during light yoga exercises that I do to warm up each morning. I find myself tugging down on the vest while stretching, and it gets a bit awkward to hold poses while also trying to keep the vest in place.So why four stars? Because as I stated before, it does warm up your body and make you sweat. It does a great job of that in fact. So if you don't mind the occasional adjustment of the vest, pick this one up for a decent price.I got this for hubby to use it E2M and it is SO much nicer than the ones you have to pull off and on. Hes 511, 198lbs and a large was perfect. Doesn't seem to bother his skin and it helps him get his sweat on!I got this to help me shed some weight. It definitely makes me sweat!!! Only negative is I have to tuck it into my leggings because it tends to want to roll up otherwise.I have never used a sauna vest before, but was curious to see how this would work. I plan on going hard in the new year, so I am slowly trying to build up my strength now. This definitely helps me sweat more than my workouts. I have used for both running, walking, and video HIIT workouts. It is fairly comfortable to wear, and hardly noticeable.It a tad small for me but after it is zippered, it's like a compression vest that also helps with posture.This is perfect for covering more area with my Thermogenic Sweat Stick Roll. I have a waist band but this vest took it to the next level. It fits snug around your body and has a slight stretch to keep constant contact.I have a long torso so it for me I would have liked it to be an inch or two longer to get "under" my belly. For the average person you won't have this issue.It does make you sweat and keep you warm as you go but I think adding my Thermogenic all over my chest, back, and my belly was the big plus. It just gives you more area than a waist band.The Zipper is also great quality. You'll like this. I wear it while boxing.
